
Sales Development Representative

- Contribute to revenue growth by supporting sales activities for your assigned brand.
- Engage with prospects through timely follow up and effective management of sales leads.
- Adopt Bentley’s sales process and pipeline management practices, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with sales administration tasks as directed by your manager to support team effectiveness.
- Build product and brand expertise to confidently support business development efforts.
- Demonstrate commitment to achieving sales goals by actively contributing to team objectives.
- Promote Bentley by recruiting and encouraging new prospects to attend industry events and company hosted sessions.
- A degree in structural or geotechnical engineering or a relevant academic background is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and French and English.
- Up to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally connected to the Middle East market.
- Interest in building a career in sales with the ability to learn quickly and grow into increasing responsibility.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Knowledge of Cognism, Sales Navigator, or Salesloft is an advantage but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to engage prospects and colleagues.
