- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing spa team
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, rostering, payroll, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and manage customer feedback
- Drive revenue through spa programmes, promotions, and upselling initiatives
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and contribute to marketing plans
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers
- Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to maximise performance
- Support wider health club operations as required
- 3–4 years’ spa experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
- Background working with recognised spa brands
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Qualified Spa Therapist with treatment knowledge
- Commercial awareness with experience in driving revenue and performance
- Highly organised with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Salary up to €50,000 + benefits package
