- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers
- Manage the switchboard, directing calls and taking messages as required
- Oversee visitor registration, access cards, and meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Coordinate office supplies and assist with general office management
- Support staff with travel bookings and day-to-day requests
- Previous receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative experience desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational ability with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
