This is a fully remote role – perfect for someone who thrives working independently but still loves being part of a close-knit, supportive team.What you’ll be doing:Chatting with clients over the phone/email to understand their health insurance needs.Recommending tailored plans based on their budget and situation.Calling existing customers to help with renewals and day-to-day queries.Keeping the CRM updated with notes and follow-ups.Providing a great customer experience – every time.Staying up to speed with the latest products and updates through ongoing training.
