- Conduct targeted needs assessments across internal teams and external audiences to define learning objectives and readiness plans.
- Translate product roadmaps, feature releases, and customer use cases into structured, field-ready enablement.
- Design and deliver multimodal learning journeys, from onboarding to advanced technical training.
- Partner with subject matter experts to convert complex technical concepts into practical learning materials.
- Proactively plan enablement timing, sequencing, and delivery formats aligned to field priorities.
- Monitor industry trends and partner expectations to inform enablement strategy.
- Own execution of readiness programs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and business alignment.
- Design structured learning journeys, including onboarding and advanced technical training.
- Align enablement programs and events with product launches, milestones, and evolving business priorities.
- Partner with speakers and SMEs to ensure content supports broader enablement journeys.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate content creation, draft scripts, generate summaries, and refine technical messaging.
- Experiment with new AI capabilities to improve program efficiency, content velocity, and learner experience.
- Support planning of enablement events by defining learning objectives and intended outcomes.
- Shape agendas, session tracks, and learning flows to align with broader enablement journeys.
- Support speakers and SMEs in structuring sessions for clarity and long-term impact
- Facilitate trainings, workshops, and event sessions as needed - preparing audience and delivering enablement with clear communication
- Use AI-enhanced analytics tools to interpret adoption trends, learner engagement, and readiness metrics.
- Incorporate feedback loops and data insights to improve program design, content quality, and delivery methods.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and shifts in customer technical needs to ensure readiness programs remain relevant.
- 5-7+ years of experience in enablement, technical training, program management, or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of product and technical concepts; able to translate complexity into clear learning content.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.
- Fluency with generative AI tools for content creation, analysis, and workflow automation.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills; able to operate independently and drive alignment across teams and regions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify and clearly articulate technical topics.
- A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with a passion for improving technical enablement practices.
