Our purpose is to nourish the world, while safeguarding our environment for future generationsRole ProfileWe are seeking a talented Business Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic Master Data Governance team. Reporting to the Master Data Governance Manager, this role supports the delivery of high-impact data strategies across the business. You will help shape our SAP master data practices and reporting frameworks, and play a vital role in improving data accuracy, quality, and governance across all business unitsResponsibilities

Identify and resolve master data quality issues across SAP and other systems by proactively monitoring, detecting, and addressing inconsistencies and/or inaccuracies, along with conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and providing recommendations to prevent recurrence of data issues
Collaborate with Data Owners & Stewards to ensure robust data controls, processes, and governance in place
Lead data cleansing, profiling, and reporting using BI/SAC tools, and utilise such tools to generate actionable insights and support informed business decisions
Support the rollout of data governance standards and documentation, design and deliver training programmes to raise awareness and ensure adoption of data governance standards across the organisation
Deliver monthly reporting and storytelling insights on master data health
Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster a culture of data accountability and continuous improvemen

RequirementsEssential:

3-5 years' SAP experience (Customer, Vendor, or Material master data)
Strong data management and governance knowledge
BI/SAC reporting experience & advanced Excel skills
Clear communicator with strong presentation and analytical skill

Desirable:

BI/SAC report development
Involvement in IT or finance projects
SQL basics and understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK)
