IT Support EngineerContract | €200/day+ | Dublin Our client eagerly seeks an experienced IT Support Technician on a contract basis, valuing both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations. Responsibilities:Build laptops using scripts, InTune, and provided documentation.Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.Assist in Desktop OS and application rollouts, including testing and documentation. Requirements:Industry certifications and relevant experience are required.Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and MAC OS.Experience with PowerShell, MS Azure/Office 365.
