- Meeting and greeting Members/ Day Spa guests and providing them with a memorable spa experience.
- Understanding & evaluating the guest's needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Recommending treatment plans.
- Retailing spa products & achieving retail targets.
- Undertaking skin analysis & performing high-quality facial treatments.
- Performing a selection of body and massage treatments.
- Recommending treatment plans and aftercare products.
- Ensuring there is a high standard of customer care given at all times.
- Experience working in a luxury Spa.
- Internationally recognised qualification (both body & facial qualifications necessary)
