Quality Officer
Excellent opportunity of a Quality Officer to join a thriving company in Co. Clare.Key Responsibilities:

Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing quality issues serving as primary author of deviation reports.
Work with customers and suppliers to meet their standard requirements.
Work with Production Management to coordinate quality and safety training sessions for all employees.
Assist staff with information regarding product quality, legality, and facility hygiene.
Ensure necessary Equipment used for quality assurance is calibrated in a timely manner and accurate records maintained.
Coordinate required audits, work closely with plants' management team to lead preparation and readiness activities.
Make sure the facility's operations meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000 standards.
Manage integrated Quality & Environmental management systems and their associated requirements.
Manage completion of non-conformance findings for all management systems and compliance programs.
Liaise with Lead Auditors for audits and ensure smooth audit processes.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or a Diploma in Quality or related field
Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Must have previous with audits
Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and FSSC 22000 standards and related management systems.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
