- Support the maturity of Non-Financial Risk architecture within our Risk & Compliance domain
- Partner and engage with business teams to ensure solutions meet their needs and objectives.
- Design and deliver secure, scalable integration solutions and lead integrations across Non-Financial Risk platforms like Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) etc.
- Collaborate with Technology and Data Teams to leverage enterprise capabilities for the Risk & Compliance domain.
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to the Risk function, supporting ongoing process improvement across the team.
- At least 7 years’ experience supporting business stakeholders enabling change with technical design solutions.
- Proven experience in solution design and technical architecture; evidence of an outcome-based approach to both.
- Experience in application design and system and technology integration; with a proven record of designing solutions to business problems, while demonstrating creativity, innovation and best-practice design techniques.
- Relevant third-level qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Architecture certification (such as TOGAF or Zachman) or equivalent experience in designing technology solutions.
- Experience supporting risk and compliance activities, with an understanding of relevant regulations (such as DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001, or AML) is desirable.
