This is a senior leadership role working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, pharmaceutical, and industrial projects throughout Cork.The RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Oversee programme, cost control, and commercial performance
  • Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and environmental standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
  • Support and mentor junior management staff
Requirements
  • 7-10 years' relevant project management experience with a main contractor
  • Background from either a trade or third-level construction qualification
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects across commercial, residential, pharma, or industrial sectors
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish construction regulations and industry standards
