- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools Primavera 6
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proven experience in scheduling, project management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working on large scale Industrial Hi Tech Projects Datacentre Project experience would be highly desirable.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for all resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities.
- Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand resource requirements and constraints.
- Continuously monitor and update schedules to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Work closely with project managers to develop detailed project schedules that align with overall business objectives.
- Identify dependencies, critical paths, and potential bottlenecks in project schedules.
- Communicate project timelines and milestones to relevant stakeholder.
- Act as a central point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth workflow and project progression.
- Leverage scheduling software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in resource planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in scheduling technology to recommend improvements.
- Generate regular reports on resource utilization, project progress, and schedule adherence.
- Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance scheduling processes.
- Lead a team of schedulers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
