- Provide clear information on products and services
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications Issue Resolution
- Handle order-related complaints and returns
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Update customer profiles accurately in CRM systems
- Assist in preparing customer service reports
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech industry.
- You have working knowledge of Chat, Email and Cold calling
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
