  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, and chat (non voice)
  • Provide clear information on products and services
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications Issue Resolution
  • Handle order-related complaints and returns
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Record Management
  • Update customer profiles accurately in CRM systems
  • Assist in preparing customer service reports
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech industry.
  • You have working knowledge of Chat, Email and Cold calling
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
