JOB DESCRIPTIONTo develop our brand's leading premium licensed products portfolio.REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate good negotiation and presentation skills along with a proven sales record and knowledge of the licensed trade. They should have a strong customer focus and be able to maintain a high level of productivity in all aspects of the role.Candidates must be eligible to drive in the Island of Ireland and have a full clean drivers' licence.HOURS OF WORKYour working hours will be 40 hours per week. However, the nature of the role makes considerable demand upon the time of its employees, who are expected to be reasonably available to work outside normal working hours.KEY TASKS· Actively market & promote our portfolio within the licensed trade· Build strong direct & indirect routes to market business· Achievement of value and volume targets· Execute promotions & visibility within the trade· Be aware and report on competitor and industry updates· Other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate from time to time· Deliver high standards of credit management across customer baseSTANDARDS· Must adhere to all company policies and procedures· Must maintain high standards of appearance, behaviour and discipline· Adhere to performance appraisal proceduresRESPONSIBILITIES· Key relationships with On-Trade Sales Managers, On-Trade Director, Telesales team and the brand & marketing teams· Strong teamwork focus, ensure full liaison with other team members and departments· Strong communications with outlet owners, managers and staffIf this sounds like an opportunity that would be an excellent fit for you and you are keen to hear more, please forward your CV to#LI-DD1
