Their workforce is from over 30 different countries with 19 working languages, we give on-going training to provide you with the tools to be successful.Job DescriptionThis is a role where you will contact existing clients and take their orders from them. You will cross and upsell when you can and be able to build rapport in a B2B role. Attention to detail is very important as you will be sending the orders to the print department and there will often be messages and phrases printed on their goods. Other responsibilities include:Work from a shared database of customersBuild strong business relationshipsWork closely within a team, teamwork is very importantHandle sensitive customer data responsiblyMaking a high volume of outbound phone calls per dayReach sales targets (achievable sales targets are set) Targets vary depending on the time of yearJob requirements:Sales experience desired, but not essential as we provide extensive paid trainingRemain Professional under pressureStrong communication and computer skillsSelf-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive personalityBe open and coachable, be persistent and a good team playerFluent in Norwegian and EnglishBenefits:

It is on the East coast of Ireland,on the Castletown River which flows into Dundalk Bay, and is near the border with Northern Ireland, halfway between Dublin and Belfast. Economically, it's a great location to work!Dundalk has a great social scene, with top music venues like The Spirit Store, museums and shops.If you need relocation assistance, our client has a fantastic support package to help.
