Please note: Flexibility to travel between these locations on occasion will be required.Salary: €30,000 per yearWorking Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, fully onsiteWe're looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who wants to kick-start or advance their career in banking.As a Welcome Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient. You'll work as part of a dynamic, supportive team while engaging with both personal and business customers.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service (including cashier duties where required)
  • Guide customers through self-service banking options such as Banking 365
  • Manage customer flow and ensure a smooth branch experience
  • Update and maintain customer information on internal systems
  • Handle basic queries and issues confidently and escalate when necessary
  • Share customer insights to help improve service delivery
