- Own the CI/CD strategy - design, implement, and scale enterprise pipelines using Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and Git.
- Build & lead - mentor DevOps engineers, drive automation, and ensure best-in-class deployment practices.
- Champion DevOps culture - promote IaC, automation, security, compliance, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Innovate & optimize - streamline delivery, strengthen governance, and push operational excellence.
- Proven Jenkins expertise - building, scaling, and managing enterprise CI/CD platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Octopus Deploy, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Solid coding skills (Python, Node.js) + IaC experience (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).
- 8+ years in DevOps, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
- 3+ years leading teams and delivering CI/CD solutions at scale.
- Strong grasp of DevOps methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
- Collaborative leader, proactive problem-solver, passionate about innovation.
- Must hold Stamp 4 visa and be based within commuting distance of Cork or Dublin.
