Warehouse Manager

• Oversee day-to-day distribution centre operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely order fulfilment.
• Liaise with customers and sales representatives to maintain satisfaction and provide dedicated after-sales support.
• Promote products to existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Coordinate, process, and monitor incoming orders, ensuring quality and accuracy from receipt through to shipment.
• Manage inventory using cloud-based systems, including regular stock counts and quality control checks.
• Ensure product quality and correctness of frames prior to dispatch.
• Maintain accurate administrative and operational records.
• Adapt to changing priorities and operational fluctuations to support business demands.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 staff members to achieve high performance.

• Proven experience in warehouse and operations management (ideally with team leadership responsibilities).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and order fulfilment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with customers, sales reps, and team members.
• Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on leadership style.
