This is an ideal opportunity to learn cooking, baking and pastry making techniques from our fully qualified chefs. Duties to include: Food preparation, cooking, using dishwasher, stock rotation, use of bain marie, serving meals. Cleaning kitchen appliances. Stock control. Observing cooking times and correct temperatures. Maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen area at all times. Training will be given in Food Safety guidelines, Manual Handling and Health & Safety Garda Vetting required
