Salary: €80k-€95k DOE
Standard Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)
Working Model: Hybrid (3 Office, 2 Home)
Location: Dublin 2

The Work:

Mergers and Acquisitions
Restructurings
Liquidations
Corporate Financing
Commercial Contracts

About You:

To be successful in this role you should be:
Qualified as a Solicitor through the Law Society of Ireland.
2+ Years' PQE on the Corporate team at a mid-sized/large law firm
Experienced in offering advice on Employment related matters stemming from Corporate transactions.
An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
Skilled in legal research and analysis.
Ambitious and seeking to progress your career
