- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the Foodservice & Workplace strategy to drive growth and profitability.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality and operational standards.
- P&L Ownership: Ownership of your sub-channels numbers end-to-end, from delivery of your Forecast accuracy target and delivery of the correct shape P&L to EBIT.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Embedding a culture of growth.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build an extensive prospect customer pipeline, managing through both team and self, the conversion to trading customer.
