You will also review system updates and provide guidance on using the system.LiaisonFor the successful implementation of this role there are a number of key relationships which should be fostered and developed. Primarily these will be with Learning and Development team, Area Managers, Directors, Project Officers and Service Coordinators and as well as a variety of external stakeholders.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport managers and individuals by providing information, advice, and resources to LMS users.Act as LMS System admin/ super userProvide resolutions or recommendations on Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors)Resolve User Issues with LMS.Set up courses and modify course configurations.Review new system releases.Participate in system testing of new features and regression testing.Provide System Tutorials via Teams or Video LinksCoordinate the transferring of training records or locating historical training records when required and updating LMS.Ensure the effective administration of the department's Quality Assurance system.Act as the main point of contact for all training queries and provide day-to-day administrative support in learning & development activities to learners and trainers.Ensure correct records retention and storage for training records.Provide monthly and other reports as necessary.General administration duties related to the role.To carry out any other relevant and appropriate duties as may be reasonably assigned from time to time by the ManagerPERSON SPECIFICATIONTraining, Experience and QualificationsRelevant qualification in Learning & Development or HR at a minimum of QQI Level 5 on the framework of qualificationsExperience in a similar Learning & Development environment, desirablePrevious knowledge of relevant ICT systems such as Learning Management Systems and CRMComputer skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Power Apps, SAP (Success Factors).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge and SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite are essential.Flexible in approach with the ability to use own initiative.Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with all employees across the organisation to support the ongoing learning and development needs.BehavioursAbility to work independently and as part of a team.The ability to work on your own initiative and to contribute to a dynamic training team.Highly organised with ability to work under pressure, prioritise & multitask.CompetenciesCommunicating and InfluencingCustomer FocusPlanning and OrganisingAbility, Drive and ResilienceRemuneration & Benefits*The current pay scale is subject to a 9.25% pay increase over the next 2 years (up to October 2026), aligning with the recent WRC agreement aimed at enhancing pay adjustments within Section 39 organizations.Salary ranges from €27,473 to €42,805 DOEPaid expenses and mileageExcellent working conditionsLearning & development opportunities25 days annual leavePension scheme availableEmployee Assistance ServiceThe closing date for applications is Friday 12th September 2025Documentary evidence of your relevant qualification(s) will be required in advance of or during the recruitment process.INDHP
