We are hiring on behalf of a leading client in the advanced manufacturing and engineering sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on high-quality electronic assembly work within a global organization that values innovation, precision, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
Operate electronic and mechanical assembly equipment as required.
Prepare components for manual and automated assembly processes.
Use specialized equipment for cleaning and baking of electronic circuit assemblies.
Assemble products using torque tools and follow detailed assembly instructions.
Perform manual assembly of electronic circuit boards and related hardware in line with procedures and work instructions.
Apply adhesives and protective coatings as part of the assembly process.
Support prototype and development builds under engineering supervision.
Set up production equipment and conduct in-process measurements.
Carry out basic machine maintenance tasks as assigned.
Inspect and rework electronic assemblies based on quality standards.
Complete all required production documentation and ERP system entries.
Follow all ESD (electrostatic discharge), safety, tool maintenance, and housekeeping protocols.Ideal Candidate Profile
2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in electronics or mechanical assembly.
Knowledge of industry standards such as IPC J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721 is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
