Faithlegg Hotel is now taking applicants for our Trainee Manager Development Programme for the Academic year 2026/2027. The National Trainee Manager Development programme – BA in Hotel Management is a 3 year course and is run in conjunction with MTU Kerry. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to gain hands on experience across multiple departments while participating on the course, primarily in the Food and Beverage Departments to start.The ideal candidate will have:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGuest Care focusedEnthusiastic, responsible with an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of team.Career Goal must be to succeed in the Hotel Industry
