- In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
- Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, SWAT.io, Brandwatch)
- Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, features, and best practices
- Ability to grow and engage followers through organic and paid strategies
- Ability to create or coordinate engaging photo, video, and written content
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to each platform
- Understanding of visual design tools or principles (Canva, Adobe Suite, Capcut)
- Experience with short-form video content, especially TikTok Reels and Instagram Stories
- Planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals
- Budget management for paid ads (especially Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads)
- A/B testing, performance tracking, and ROI analysis
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics)
- Ability to extract actionable insights and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Experience managing online communities and responding to followers’ comments/messages
- Managing brand reputation and engagement in real-time across platforms
- Liaising with sales team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
- Managing local customer complaints in line with local procedures, escalating when necessary
- Managing the internal communications platform, including onboarding staff and sharing updates
- Compiling and distributing monthly internal marketing updates to store teams
- Overseeing and updating the charity master file, and driving new CSR initiatives
- Proofreading and approving POS materials and other marketing documents to ensure brand consistency and accuracy
- Local coordination of campaigns from European support centre
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms for a brand, company or agency
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective content tailored to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and content trends
- Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns (especially Meta and TikTok)
- Confident using content scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, SWAT.io, Brandwatch)
- Excellent writing, grammar, and visual communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Experience working with influencers
- Familiarity with SEO and how social media integrates with broader digital marketing strategies
- Experience using social listening or analytics tools (e.g. Brandwatch)
- A portfolio or examples of successful campaigns, posts, or content (highly preferred)
