Growing together.As a Product Manager, you'll be a member of a small high-performing team that is re-imagining the way we do business. The Product Manager is responsible for working with business, customers, and technical stakeholders to facilitate the capture of end-end requirements to establish and deliver the product roadmap. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple teams to ensure alignment. You will function as the voice of the customer within cross-functional team settings to ensure products deliver customer value. In addition, you will be responsible for selling products to external clients and consultants.Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin or Letterkenny office and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model.Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance products that address customer needs and priorities, creating solutions that truly make an impact
Collaborate with diverse teams to keep the customer perspective at the heart of every decision
Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment, support, and change management
Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for product and service improvements
Evaluate solutions strategically, ensuring seamless integration and balancing value against cost throughout development
Communicate product vision and roadmap clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Manage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap, and end-of-life decisions as appropriate
Serve as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es)
Contribute to team success, sharing knowledge and supporting growth across the organization
Ability to present to external clients and consultants

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Proven deep understanding of customer-centric product design and development
Demonstrated success managing and delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs
Proven experience in product strategy or capability management
Proven deep understanding of customer-centric product design and development
Demonstrated success managing and delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs
Proven ability to sell products to external customers

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven PBM or healthcare experience
Knowledge of agile software development
Demonstrated solid understanding of pricing, billing or financial systems
Proven experience in operations, healthcare pricing, network management, healthcare economics or related discipline
