Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this role coordinates performance management for high-value contracts in a dynamic infrastructure project setting. You'll maintain performance records, drive value for money, and partner with local teams and procurement to optimize contract lifecycles. Ideal for a self-starter who thrives on independent projects.​Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate performance management for high-value contracts, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain performance records, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and scorecards.
  • Support strategic contract planning and pipeline management to meet timelines with clear, measurable objectives.
  • Validate cost changes and negotiate scope adjustments to achieve best value; ensure suppliers meet agreed standards.
  • Manage invoicing, financial reporting, and key outsourced services like waste management to hit efficiency targets.
  • Implement SOPs, contingency plans, business continuity, and training for resilient 24/7 operations.
  • Benchmark against industry peers to adopt best practices and maximize value across contract lifecycles.
  • Partner with functions like finance, legal, risk, and insurance to align contract terms.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • At least 2 years in contracts, performance management, or similar roles.
  • Experience delivering SLAs and performance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with tender processes and procurement.
  • Proven relationship-building, stakeholder influence, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, process improvement, and attention-to-detail abilities.
  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving in high-pressure, ambiguous settings.
