Collaboratively achieve or exceed team objectives.
Implement streamlined operations for enhanced productivity and consistent service.
Ensure thorough and timely response to warm leads.
Drive revenue expansion initiatives.
Attract and on-board talented Advisors aligned with our values.
Analyse metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications/Experience:

QFA qualified
Experience in Mortgages and/or Financial Planning products
Experience leading a team
