- Sourcing Talent: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks to engage candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth logistics and clear communication.
- System Management: Update and manage candidate data in SuccessFactors and monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill).
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the company's values and culture while engaging talent across all functions.
- Compliance & Policy Alignment: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to internal policies and employment laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing tools.
- Prior experience in an agency environment is beneficial but not required.
- Educated to graduate level or equivalent experience.
- Video interview with the Hiring Manager.
