The office address is 15 George's Quay, 1st Floor, Dublin, D02 VR98The impact you will have:
  • Sourcing Talent: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks to engage candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth logistics and clear communication.
  • System Management: Update and manage candidate data in SuccessFactors and monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill).
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the company's values and culture while engaging talent across all functions.
  • Compliance & Policy Alignment: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to internal policies and employment laws.
What we're looking for:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing tools.
  • Prior experience in an agency environment is beneficial but not required.
  • Educated to graduate level or equivalent experience.
