- Generate and qualify enterprise leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement.
- Manage multiple high-value client relationships with strategic follow-up and a focus on long-term partnership growth.
- Understand customer needs deeply to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to identify business priorities and influence decision-making.
- Partner with sales and support teams to execute effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Provide strong support throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
- Native or fluent German speaker with C1-level English. Bilingual candidates in French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese are also highly desirable.
- Proven success in outbound B2B, tech, or SaaS sales, with mid-market or enterprise experience strongly preferred.
- Strong results orientation with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders, including senior leaders and C-suite executives.
- Confident, consultative communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of sales technology and familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
- High motivation and a proactive, self-driven approach.
