- Thorough cleaning of surfaces & floors in allocated rooms, corridors, offices.
- Thorough cleaning of rooms to include changing rooms and toilet areas.
- Cleaning of public areas as allocated.
- Cleaning, wiping and sweeping in canteen areas and staff room at times allocated.
- Mopping and making safe any water or spills on floors.
- Safe removal of waste and litter to allocated disposal points.
- An adequate supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitiser and soap to be maintained.
- Reporting any damage or hazard.
- Ensure mops, cloths etc. are clean and left to dry as appropriate.
- Responsibility for maintaining floor areas & surfaces to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Compliance with the Health and Safety practices and quality standards within West Cork Distillers.
- To perform other such duties as may be required.
