As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence.About the roleResponsibilities:Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishesSupervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to our standards and proceduresTake responsibility for the management of a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauces, grill, or pastryEnsure all food items are prepared, cooked, and presented according to our recipes and specificationsMonitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as neededMaintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to health and safety regulationsCollaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specialsUphold our commitment to excellence in food quality, presentation, and serviceAbout the companyA family-run hotel & bar group owned and managed by the Gallen Family.Required Criteria

Previous Experience Gained at a Similar Level within a High Quality Catering Operation
NVQ Level 2 or the Equivalent in Food Preparation and Cooking
Recognised Current Food Hygiene Certificate
Flexibility to Work Various Shifts including Evenings and Weekends when Required
