We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front of House and Admin Officer to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management and Administrative Services. As a Front of House and Admin Officer you'll: Deliver 'best in class' front of house experiences, ensuring all Central Bank of Ireland (CBOI) guests and employees feel valued through warm, professional interactions. Use reception systems to manage visitor check-in, orientation, and scheduling, acting as an ambassador for the CBOI. Support a range of administrative services including raising purchase orders (POs), concierge support, car parking requests, and general office coordination. Collaborate closely with service teams to ensure a consistent 5-star experience across all facilities and touchpoints. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for Movers, Leavers, and New Hires, and provide teller cover as needed. What we're looking for: Previous experience in a front of house or customer service role within a corporate or high-profile environment. Proficiency with administrative tools and systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and visitor management software. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, senior leaders, and colleagues alike. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
