- Oversee the daily operations of Queens Street including restaurant, bar, and service areas
- Lead, motivate, and manage the front-of-house team to maintain high service standards
- Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer feedback professionally
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with company and legal requirements
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control in collaboration with senior management
- Support the development of promotions, events, and seasonal menus
- Assist with budgeting and achieving revenue targets
- Other duties as required in the role
- Previous experience managing a busy restaurant or bar environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Good understanding of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of hospitality systems and stock control processes
- Experience in a hotel environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
