About the JobOleson specialises in delivering high-quality talent and solutions that enhance the capabilities and operational excellence of our global customers.We are focused on matching the dynamic needs of Data Centre and Life Science clients with skilled professionals, thereby driving innovations and in growth in these critical sectors.Role Description:The NPI Automation Engineer will be responsible for the development and delivery of DeltaV systems to support New Product Introduction commissioning and qualification, project execution, process automation optimization, and other changes within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.What you’ll do:Coordinate the development, testing, and implementation of automation software to align with various NPI schedules, enabling equipment FATs, on-site SATs, commissioning, and validation of process systems.Execute process automation projects and optimization initiatives as required.Manage and coordinate the overlap between NPI code changes and other process automation projects in a live production environment.Work closely with automation engineers to ensure deliverables meet key project milestones, including NPI schedules, process automation initiatives, and optimization efforts.Implement and coordinate automation activities within a live production environment while ensuring minimal disruption.The Requirements:5+ years’ experience with DeltaV in a GMP environmentDegree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
