- Responsible for a proactive level of service within the operation.
- Ensure the team adhere to the operational policies of the restaurants
- Participate in the operation of the outlet when necessary, by taking orders, serving etc. ensuring guests are in no way inconvenienced.
- Ensure that the opening and closing procedures are carried out and checked on a regular basis.
- Review weekly rosters of floor and bar team members within the operation to maximize customer satisfaction, so that payroll is controlled and monitored according to business levels and in line with budgetary target.
- To ensure that the team have clear goals and responsibilities for all daily and weekly tasks in the form of a operational daily task plan.
