- To maintain the company's ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 accreditations and any future standards.
- To investigate any accidents, incidents, or near misses and to prepare a written report detailing corrective actions to be implemented to avoid reoccurrence.
- Carry out monthly site audits as required of all live sites and agree action points with site management on any issues identified.
- Advise management of special risks on specific contracts. Ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Perform weekly inspections and document records for HSE, fire safety, and plant maintenance.
- Foster a positive organizational culture regarding Health, Safety, Welfare, Quality, and Environmental concerns.
- Develop Health and Safety plans for the construction phase, compile Health & Safety files, and create Operational and Maintenance Manuals.
- Remain updated on existing legislation and best practices, and share this knowledge across the company.
- At least 2 years experience within an HSQE-focused role within construction.
- NEBOSH Construction Diploma or General Certificate.
- Effective communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Full Driving License.
