Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and well organized. Ability to communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager. IT literate - proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint desirable. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure and independently. Experience within a similar environment. Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
