Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Fund Accounting operations to join our Fund and Investor Solutions Client Platform. This role is located in Dublin.Ireland.In this senior client facing role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Provide senior end-to-end operational ownership for one of BNY’s largest clients
  • Oversee daily global service delivery; c. $2Trn, >4K daily NAVs, Mutual Funds, ETF’s, Crypto
  • Seamless delivery of new business, products and related change events
  • Embracing BNY’s AI strategy; deploying AI & digital tools to create scale and deliver efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders
  • Manage headcount & budget to deliver on fiscal targets
  • Utilize client benchmarking to identify opportunities for operating model enhancements
  • Implement cross-product and service delivery enhancements to deliver standardization and consistency
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
  • Individual with a Business / Finance related degree
  • Self-motivated leader with 20+ years’ experience in Fund Services
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience managing large global asset management clients
  • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional products, EMEA & US, and knowledge of applicable regulations
  • Detailed technical knowledge of Fund Accounting, Mutual Funds and ETFs
  • A proven track record in delivering efficiency and scale
  • Experience managing large global teams with exceptional People Leadership skills
