Full-Time Position | Generous Package | Supportive TeamA busy, well-established mixed practice in Athlone is currently seeking a Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced and friendly team.About the RoleFull-time hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts either 9am6pm or 10am7pm (including a one-hour lunch break). Daily shifts are evenly shared between vets.Weekend rota: 1 in 4 weekends on call, from Saturday morning until Monday. Following a weekend on call, the vet will have the following Friday off and, where feasible, will also benefit from a long weekend the week after.Salary & BenefitsSalary from 48,000- 60,000 for a vet with experience, depending on experience, strengths, enthusiasm, and level of required mentoring.4 weeks paid holiday1,000 annual CPD allowanceVDS cover paidGenerous out-of-hours (OOH) bonuses, paid on top of salary.Expenses paid to cover use of personal vehicle for work.Why Join This Team?The practice is home to four experienced vets and four dedicated veterinary nurses, offering an encouraging and collaborative work environment.
