Guide and inspire a high-performing team, setting the vision for a key division.
Oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and operational excellence.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships and supporting business development.
Play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy and driving process improvements.

About the PersonWe're seeking someone who brings:

A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
At least 7 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within practice.
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more.
Strong technical expertise across accounting, VAT, payroll, and tax compliance.
Commercial insight and a client-focused approach.
Excellent communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
