
Retail Channel Account Executive [fixed term - 12 months]

- Account Management - manage the relationship with key retail accounts in Ireland to achieve short and long term company goals in Retail RTM
- Sales skills: Drive sales growth in retail account(s), across the various product categories and achieve goals
- Develop a joint sales and marketing approach with partners to develop the partners relevant segment expertise
- Marketing budgets: Manage effective deployment of quarterly MDF funds to support achievement of business objectives
- Deliver timely and accurate forecasting and reporting
- Conduct regular Business Reviews with key retail accounts
- Work with training resources to ensure adequate levels of product knowledge are maintained with each partner
- Key Relationships:
- Distributors and Resellers/Retailers
- Demand Planning, Forecast and Analytics team
- Sales Planning and Operations
- Consumer Channel Sales Team
- Partner Marcom
- Finance
- Channel Programs Team
- Solid knowledge of the Retail Market in Ireland with proven related experience in sales is essential
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships and development of retailers.
