As the delivery partner to Total Rewards, the Benefits Operations Lead will support the execution and management of benefits processes and programs throughout the EMEA region and will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of benefits processes, knowledge tools and content to drive sustainability and excellence in People & Culture service delivery to support the business. This role will report to the People Services Programs and Knowledge Manager and will be the key partner to the Head of EMEA Total Rewards in driving continuous improvement across the full remit of benefits initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Total Rewards to support the day-to-day operations of our benefits programs including employee communications, vendor agreements and SLAs/KPIs, internal and external data flow, and escalating issues as required.

As part of the People Services team, provide exceptional service to the Centres of Expertise and the business, and provide an escalation route for complex benefit-related queries and issues; manage the regional benefits queue and answer employee questions.

Partner with CoEs and Knowledge Management team to create and maintain documentation to support Employee Self-Service and the People & Culture knowledge base. Review and document existing and new processes and schedule regular updates in line with guidelines and local practices.

Partner with and train People Services Operations team on benefit operations issues and manage transitions or handoffs.

Partner with People Services Operations, Total Rewards and IT to identify and implement technical solutions and enhancements and troubleshoot to help resolve benefit program issues.

Evaluate and revise internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Support each country's annual benefits enrollment and renewal cycle in collaboration with Total Rewards and the wider People Services team (plan updates, enrolment process, employee communications and FAQs, intranet content, UAT testing).

Coordinate local benefits / wellbeing events and activities and support Logi Wellness programs.

Coordinate and deliver benefits onboarding presentations for new hires and transfers.

Partner with Total Rewards and vendors to support ongoing benefit plan maintenance, plan updates and new program implementation.

Process employee accident/workers compensation claims, employee leave of absence, long-term illness claims and accident reporting

Manage local immigration requirements in partnership with Global Mobility

Manage severance calculations and templates.

Oversee the processing and timely payment of Total Reward invoices.

Manage benefit-related reporting and compliance in line with SOX or other applicable government regulations.


Educated to Degree level in HR Management, Business or another related field

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Good working knowledge of Excel

Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and project delivery

Strong working knowledge of HR (preferably Workday), payroll and benefits systems and processes

Minimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience in a broad HR generalist/operations role within a complex multinational environment

EMEA benefits experience a distinct advantage

Demonstrated ability to build close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence decision making and ownership

Results and quality driven, with a strong service orientation to develop and deliver outstanding work

Ability to be a self-starter and to work independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills
