We’re seeking a Security GRC Analyst to join a globally recognised reinsurance organisation. Based in Dublin, a central hub for security and technology operations, this role offers unmatched visibility and the chance to shape security and compliance practices across multiple regions.This is more than a standard cybersecurity position. While supporting wider security initiatives, your main focus will be driving Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities with a control-focused, audit-driven mindset.You’ll work closely with global teams to identify control gaps, enhance governance frameworks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be key in audits, risk assessments, and client due diligence, enabling the organisation to continuously elevate its security posture.Why This Role Will Accelerate Your Career

What You’ll Bring

Experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or audit-oriented roles
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related discipline
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CISA, or CISM (preferred)
