- Deal with incoming inquiries from our customer base and also our external sales staff.
- Selection and Preparation of quotations/tenders for Valves, Pumps, Actuators and Spare Parts to strict deadlines.
- Administration and management of customers' orders. This would involve dealing with our main suppliers, purchasing and chasing deliveries.
- Provide after sales support to our customer base - trouble shooting, complaints and warranty issues.
- Answer our customers questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the day-to-day activities of a busy office.
- Young & Enthusiastic.
- Experience with Engineering equipment supply to Industry.
- Strong technical background, diploma or degree level in Engineering.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience with D365 ERP system.
- Experience in a similar type of role would be a distinct advantage.
- Full training will be provided across our product range both in house and externally with our key suppliers.
- Ability to work as part of a small team.
