- Design, implement, and manage programs that enable the sales growth team to achieve its potential, including new hire boot camp, product release training, and ongoing professional development, leveraging instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
- Lead the development of internal and external sales materials in collaboration with product, marketing, and sales enablement teams. Materials may include product one-pagers, segmented talk tracks, targeted positioning, pilot playbooks, competitive fact sheets, sales tools/tips, quick reference cards, and more.
- Create and manage the strategy and execution of new sales rep onboarding and ongoing sales training, ensuring content is engaging, interactive, and tailored to adult learners.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to develop curriculum, e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions for the sales organization.
- Measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of all enablement initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes and sales performance.
- Foster strong relationships across the sales organization to stay informed about sales strategies, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring enablement programs are aligned with business needs.
- Stay current with trends in adult learning, instructional technology, and sales enablement to recommend and implement innovative learning solutions.
- Manage Highspot for users, content, and workflows associated with other systems
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or adult learning, preferably within a sales-driven organization.
- Experience as a teacher, corporate trainer, or former educator strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective learning programs for adult professionals.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, corporate environment, dealing with executive-level decision-makers and critical business issues
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, CRM tools, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
