- Maintaining both externally and internally recognised technical expertise in a number of the following areas:
- End to end leadership of client engagements, leading and coaching our team on both a day-to-day basis and as part of assignment delivery
- Leading out on business development activities (e.g. pursuits, proposals, events, thought leadership etc.).
- Identify, nurture and manage client relationships as part of our management team
- Effectively manage client-facing delivery teams
- Ensuring that risk management procedures and quality standards are observed throughout assignment delivery
- Fostering and developing strong networks (local, area, global) with key service line champions in the global firm
- Experience working in an IT risk and control environment at Senior Manager level or equivalent
- University graduate preferably from Computer Science/Information Technology background
- 6-8+ years of experience of consulting experience in Resilience or Operational/IT Risk Management or Cyber and with at least 3+ years at management level. Also experience in IT, project management, service delivery, regulatory etc. is of relevance.
- Big 4 management experience and training
- Knowledge of relevant regulation and guidelines impacting the financial services industry in particular DORA, Operational Resilience, Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management
- Financial services industry experience, i.e. retail banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors etc.
- Knowledge and experience of emerging technology, FinTech, Cloud services and Cybersecurity
- Knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001x, SOC 1/2/3, NIST, CSA CCM, COSO)
- CISA/CISSP/CISM/CRISC/CSX/COBIT qualification
