Job Description :We here at Teamworx are seeking a Luxury Store Manager for our client based in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for fashion, strong understanding of luxury retail and excellent leadership and people management skills.Our client is a renowned luxury fashion brand and known for its avant grade designs and innovative fashion. Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of sales associates setting clear expectations and providing regular training to drive exceptional performance

Over see the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it reflects the companies brand image

Provide on going training to the team to support them in upskilling and developing product knowledge

Reach all KPI targets including a strong emphasis on CRM

Over see the daily operations of the store - open / closing / reporting and cash handling

Work with multiple POC's in the company such as the finance team / HR / Merch team and with the HQ

Develop strong store strategy plans for both the team and the company

Maintain inventory levels and ensure all stock is on floor

The ideal candidate

Ideally 2-3 years senior management experience- within a luxury retail brand

Be able to adapt and thrive in a busy fast paced environment

Proven record of reaching store KPI targets

Strong people management skills

Have excellent organizational skills
