Hybrid working in Dublin city centre)The opportunity:I am looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience delivering enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally in complex or data-driven environments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across Product, Engineering, and Customer functions to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities, integrations, and operational changes.You will play a central role in driving readiness, streamlining delivery processes, and helping enterprise customers realise maximum value from a modern, evolving SaaS platform. If you enjoy structured delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and shaping how product changes land with large customers, this is an exciting opportunity.Salary €70-90K DOE, plus a strong benefits package.What you will be doing in the role:
- Lead the delivery of product and platform changes across enterprise clients, ensuring clear alignment, readiness, and predictable rollout.
- Act as the bridge between engineering and customer-facing teams-translating technical enhancements into operational impacts, workflows, and guidance.
- Support integration readiness, deployment planning, and configuration simplification alongside engineering teams.
- Produce and maintain documentation, readiness checklists, and operational playbooks to support scalable enterprise implementations.
- Review customer feedback, usage insights, and internal inputs to shape requirements, problem statements, and prioritisation discussions.
- Coordinate release communications, training materials, and stakeholder updates to ensure smooth adoption of new capabilities.
- Maintain demo/sandbox environments and ensure they reflect the current release state to support training, previews, and customer engagement.
- 5+ years' experience in Technical Project Management, product delivery, change management, or operations within enterprise SaaS.
- Experience working with product configurations,
- Strong cross-functional delivery skills, comfortable working with Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead structured change initiatives involving documentation, readiness, training, and rollout.
- Ability to interpret product analytics or behavioural insights to guide priorities and decisions.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation capability.
