- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in line with our commitment to sustainability and innovation.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Water & Wastewater industry and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, upholding our reputation for excellence.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present proposals and reports to senior management that reflect our focus on high-quality service and client success.
- Collaborate with our Service Team to ensure clients experience seamless, comprehensive support from Endress+Hauser.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to promote our solutions and stay connected to the latest developments.
- Keep our CRM system accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth operations and client communications.
- Support your colleagues, contributing to a team that values openness, knowledge-sharing, and clear communication.
- A Level 7 or higher qualification in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, or project management within the Water / Wastewater industry.
- In-depth knowledge of this sector, including regulations and market trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to connect with clients and teammates alike.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to high-quality work and integrity.
